Return and refund policy

RETURNS

 

Customers can return a product only if it contains manufacturing defects, or when a wrong size or wrong product is received, within 7 days after the product arrived. Customers can return the product free of charge using our designated courier, and can choose to have either full refund, or exchange for a new piece.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale and promotional items cannot be refunded.

Return and refund is not accepted because of loss due to wrong address inputted by customer, wrong size ordered by the customer, or change of mind. However, we are happy to help if customers require size change.

REFUND POLICY

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about the result and guide you through the remaining process. Once the refund is approved and processed, your refund will be processed as a credit, and will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please check the processing time with your credit card issuer and bank for further detail.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Cancellation is not accepted after an order is confirmed and paid.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

SHIPPING 

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your jewellery for sizing, renewal, or other aftersales services. Shipping costs are non-refundable.Depending on where is your address, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you are advised to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
